Overview

Brain Gym uses 26 specially designed movement exercises that support brain-body integration, helping individuals improve focus, coordination, memory, and learning readiness. Based on Educational Kinesiology principles, these simple activities — including cross-lateral movements, lazy eights, and PACE exercises — help activate both hemispheres of the brain and support primitive reflex integration. At Divit MindSpace, we incorporate Brain Gym as part of a holistic approach to supporting neurodivergent learners.
