About this role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Physiotherapists to join our multidisciplinary team, helping children overcome physical, developmental, and movement challenges. You will deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to enhance mobility, strength, coordination, posture, and independence in a supportive, child-friendly environment.

Role Requirements

•Conduct comprehensive physical and functional assessments for children
•Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
•Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions using play-based approaches
•Work on mobility, strength, coordination, posture, and functional independence
•Collaborate with parents, therapists, educators, and medical professionals
•Monitor progress and maintain detailed session notes and reports
•Educate parents on home exercise programs and handling techniques
•Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and workshops

Skills and Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)
•Master’s (MPT) in Pediatrics, Neurology, or Musculoskeletal preferred
•0–3 years of experience (freshers encouraged; mentoring provided)
•Strong understanding of pediatric development and therapy techniques
•Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to engage children using play-based therapy methods
•Basic documentation and reporting skills
