About this role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with children having developmental, sensory, and motor challenges. The role involves helping children improve their daily living, motor, and sensory processing skills through structured, evidence-based interventions in a supportive and engaging environment.

Role Requirements

•Conduct assessments for sensory, motor, and functional abilities
•Develop individualized therapy plans based on each child’s needs
•Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions using play-based techniques
•Work on sensory integration, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
•Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
•Monitor progress and maintain detailed therapy records and reports
•Provide home program guidance and caregiver training
•Participate in team discussions, case reviews, and workshops

Skills and Qualifications

•Registration with All India Occupational Therapists Association (AIOTA) preferred
•0–3 years of experience in pediatric therapy (freshers can apply)
•Strong understanding of sensory integration and child development
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Patience, empathy, and ability to engage with children
•Ability to design customized therapy interventions
•Basic documentation and reporting skills
